This is Adams goodbye kiss before he left to go hunting!
This is his deer in the field where he got it: Tyrannosaurus Butte (named because the shape of the hills look like a tyrannosaurus rex footprint!) Adam shot it from 350 yards above the left shoulder and the bullet went through the heart.
Here is Adam cutting off the fur.
Adam named him Bruce and although Kael thought the deer was interesting he didn't touch it and was happy to repeat his father when he said that deer meat is yummy.
Our friend helped Adam learn how to get off every last piece of meat.
Here is the stuff that is good enough for the freezer and we have a whole bunch more that Adam is in the process of turning into jerky!
