Jayne's Blessing

On November 11th Adam blessed Jayne.  It was a very special Sunday where Jayne's Grandma & Grandpa and Grammy & Papa where able to  attend church with us.  Jayne wore the same dress I wore when I was blessed and Adam gave a beautiful blessing.

Birthday Boy!

We celebrated Silas' birthday and he loved every second of it!  Being the kid to choose what we have for lunch and what books to read and what to play, rocks!  Silas' is a bright wonderful boy who understands so much more than I think a 3-year-old should.  He loves playing with his brother and adores his little sister with countless kisses a day!  Silas I love you.  And isn't he handsome?

They can't hold still!

Sunday always makes me aware of how hard it is for my "little ones"  to hold still.  But as tough as it can be sometimes I love that they wiggle, move, and run!

Constant motion!  I am saying "hold still for the camera!"

 Jayne is now 2 months old and wieghing in at a respectable 10 lbs 4 oz.  She gets more smily everyday!

Skeleton Halloween

This year we all dressed up as Skeletons!

It has been a fun week full of great Halloween events.  Here is a photo recap of all our activites.

Fire Ball Birthday

We celebrated kael's 5th Birthday with a firey theme. 

We hung a fireball in the living room and placed torches on his ice cream cake,  we threw pretend fireballs at targets, and watched Adam toss arond real fireballs!  He has grown up so much and is a fantastic big brother

BEST Daddy EVER!

I want to raise children as wonderfully, sweet and caring and smart and kind and hard working as their daddy!  They have a great example and I am so blessed!

 

 

This last weekend Adam organized all the wood in the last post into a beautiful, space saving stack!

Yesterday morning these boys were thrilled to find piggy pancakes waiting to them for breakfast.  They were created especially for them just because they asked for some.  Lucky boys!

Ta Da! a Masterpiece complete!

Remember last February my Dad came to help us tear apart our basement?

We took out the old fireplace and ended up with a beautiful work of art.  I still can't believe it is actually in MY house!

I love it!

Jayne posed as the cutest gargoyle ever and the boys wanted to watch daddy start a fire before bed instead of bedtime songs!

Here is the project while under construction.  My dad came and completed the job in a short weekend.  He is amazing!

 And if the stove back wasn't enough my Dad also brought s a bunch of wood to burn.  Our kind friends helped Adam chop it up.  What would we do without the help of others?  We are so grateful for all of the hard work and help.
