Day 2

 Today is day two with 6 blond haired children in my care.  We are trying to make each day fun and easy!  Therefore we love the park!

We went to a fun place for free!

 I took a nap and when I woke up they had built this awesome fort!

Adventures:

The Boys and I  took the train and traveled west!  So far it has been nothing but fun! 

 

May Update

May has been a busy month, but I still took a bunch of pictures.  Here is a snapshot view of what we've been doing!

We spent an evening by the river, cooking over a fire!

I have a chimney!

Yup! It's Official!  I have the nicest looking chimney in my entire little town!  Thank you Dad!  Thank you Mom for playing with my boys and making their day great while I was out track meeting.  My parents rock!

Dino Jammies

I love sewing with knits!  My mom helped me learn how to make knit t-shirts and I finally finished them yesterday and also made some jammie pants to match.  I love the fabric, it so bright and soft.  The boys seemed pretty excited about them too!

Happy Easter!

This year we grew our own Easter grass.  We threw wheat in some dirt 3 weeks before Easter and that was more than enough time to grow a jungle of grass in every basket.  The boys loved it.  Each morning at breakfast they would exclaim, "look at how much our grass grew!"

The skiff of snow made the the trampoline perfectly slippery!
